Services which are provided with the purchase of hearing aids include:
* Warranty
* Fittings
* Follow up visits
* Consultations
After arriving for your scheduled appointment with our Audiologist, a brief amount of
paper work is required. Our Audiologist will then greet you and take your verbal
case history. The patient's ears are examined and when necessary, ear wax is
removed. After a complete hearing assessment, the results are explained
thoroughly to the patient and their significant other. There is a wealth of information
given, so it helps to have someone to refer to when making a decision. If the
patient has any questions, the time is taken to provide answers. Depending on the
patient's hearing loss an open air fit hearing aid can be programmed while the
patient waits so that they may experience what amplification sounds like. A report
along with a copy of the Audiogram will be sent to your primary care physician.
We can also check and clean your existing hearing aids, or remove any cerumen you may have. Please give us a call to reserve a time that is convenient for you.
